Reyes & Rivera LLC operates the RFI COACH coming soon website. This notice covers this website and its launch updates signup, not the future RFI COACH software.
If you sign up, we collect your email address, signup time, consent record and confirmation email status. Beta requests also record your interest in beta access and include launch updates. We use these records to send your signup confirmation and RFI COACH launch updates, manage your subscription and prevent misuse. If you contact us, we also receive the information you include in your message.
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs and email delivery information to operate and secure these services. We do not sell your personal information or share it for third party advertising.
Our website hosting provider and Cloudflare support the website and signup storage. Resend processes your email address and message content to send emails. Replies and privacy requests go to our Proton Mail inbox. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, and information may be processed outside your state or country.
We do not add advertising cookies or analytics scripts to this website. Our infrastructure providers may use technical security measures. We do not use this website to track you across other websites, and it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Email providers may record delivery or interaction information according to their settings.
Signing up is optional. To stop launch updates or request access, correction or deletion of your signup information, reply to an RFI COACH email or contact reyesandrivera@proton.me. We may ask you to verify control of the email address before acting on a request.
We retain signup information while it is needed for the launch updates list. You may request removal at any time. Some records may remain in provider logs or backups, or where needed for security or legal obligations. We do not promise immediate removal of every copy. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
